SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Staines, TW18

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiatorwho would like to work for a market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency with busy offices in the Ashford / Staines area.

The role will involve booking and conducting viewings, generating leads for market appraisals and negotiate sales.

You will need to provide outstanding customer service at all times.

You will thrive in a busy sales environment and work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude. 

The ideal candidate must have previous experience is residential property sales, possess excellent communication skills, a personable nature, well-spoken and have exceptional drive and determination.

You will be well-presented, well-spoken, articulate and an excellent team member able to work under your own initiative without constant supervision.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency essential
• Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Excellent telephone manner
• Exemplary negotiation skills
• Target driven and thrive in a pressurised environment
• Be well spoken, articulate and have professional appearance
• Be able to work under pressure and be target driven
• Have a full UK driving license
