Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at Video Booths 360 and E-commerce sub-brands, you will play a vital role in supporting our small team and director by efficiently managing daily sales inquiries, administrative tasks, and accounts related to our rental and product sales businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
* Checking incoming leads from the group's various websites.
* Ensuring timely responses to client phone calls and emails.
* Creating and maintaining accurate project records in our CRM system.
* Proactively reaching out to leads, following up on sales opportunities and supporting the operations team.
* Monitoring sales figures to maintain targets and KPIs.
* Reaching out to relevant businesses to sell and upsell products.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Previous experience in the Photo booth Industry (Not essential)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration.
* MUST be able to pick up the phone to every lead and client.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
* A collaborative team player, willing to provide support when needed.
* Familiarity with CRM sales and booking systems also Google Drive.
