Our Essex based client who offer a professional cleaning service are seeking a Field Sales Executive. The client has a focus of providing quality standards and pride themselves in being a business that invests in its people and processes.
You will be visiting potential clients in their premises across in London, Hertfordshire & Essex. A proven track record in sales is essential and you will take the time to understand the client’s needs thoroughly and then tailor a proposal that caters for all requirements at the budget they are prepared to spend.
A huge investment has been made on marketing and as a result 50% of Leads are via their Website, whilst the other 50% but be self generated.
Required Skills
Professional in appearance and conduct
Experienced in field/face to face sales - ideally selling in the cleaning industry
Customer service driven
An excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers
Flexible with regards to travel and working additional hours
A car owner (required to attend appointments). Company Car or Car Expenses given,
Full Driving Licence (maximum of 6 points)
Main duties for the role
Cold calling / telesales to arrange appointments.
Initial meetings to carry our site surveys.
Create comprehensive proposal for the prospective client.
Present quotes, follow up on quotations.
Contract administration, obtain signed contracts.
Attend client visits with Client Account Manager.
May be required to assist the Client Account Manager on site when starting new contracts (early morning and late evenings).
You will receive
Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K)
Business expenses paid.
Generous car allowance or company car provided.
20 days holiday plus the Bank holidays, increasing after 1 year by one day per year until reaching 25.
