Job Title: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the construction industry.
- Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote and sell to clients.
- Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals in response to client inquiries and requests.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to own transportation.
