Sales Representative/Coordinator - Lichfield

Our client, an established and reputable construction accessory supplier, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Lichfield.

With over 40 years of experience, our client has become a market leader, renowned for their wide product range and exceptional service. They are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to their continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries over the phone and via email


• Provide advice and information on the range of steel products


• Negotiate prices and build lasting relationships with customers


• Assist with the growth of the business and work collaboratively to increase sales


• Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer needs


• Maintain a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business


• Support the Commercial Team with negotiation and customer contact


• Respond to quotation requests and provide technical assistance


• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner


• Provide administrative support to the Sales team


• Maintain a strong understanding of the market and competitors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an internal sales or telephone sales role


• Ideally, knowledge of the construction industry


• Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills


• Strong telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team


• Proficient in using pricing systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to learn and explain technical information confidently


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
