We are seeking a Sales Representative for our client based in Diss. This role is a full-time permanent and involves working a 37 ½ hour week, 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday. Salary offered is up to £25,000 depending on experience plus commission. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and progressive manufacturing company.
The Company
Is a UK sales and manufacturing company operating within the construction industry and home improvement sector. Established 30 years ago the company enjoy a multimillion-pound turnover with representation in the UK, across Europe, Ireland and the US.
The Job
Working specifically on all online telesales activity and account management via the company’s website for their ready made products. As well as the third party supplier products too.
Reporting to the E Commerce Manager, responsibilities will include:
• Answering inbound telesales calls
• Covering Live Chat function on the website
• Qualifying leads and responding to inbound sales enquiries
• Generating leads and prospecting
• Account Management and liaising with third suppliers are required to meet customer expectations
• Offering aftercare support, chasing delivery dates and assisting with Logistics
• Assisting with proof of delivery, invoicing and accounting process
• Sales forecasting and reporting, monitoring stock levels and providing relevant information to the production department
• Nurturing client relationships and improving brand loyalty
• Market research and keeping up to date with competitor activity
• Assisting customers with technical support and guidance as needed
The Person
This role will suit someone who is comfortable interacting with customers providing an excellent service and delivering suitable products to meet their needs. We are seeking someone who is motivated by earning potential as well as providing a brilliant service. Happy working to targets. E Commerce results are delivered by volume sales, the successful candidate must be competent and managing a high workload and dealing with multiple clients simultaneously. The role requires a high level of organisational level of organisational skills, self motivation. You will be expected to follow up on all client leads and proactively close sales in order to achieve set targets.
Candidates must have good IT skills, be familiar with MS Office. Excellent communication skills be articulate, literate and numerate. We are ideally seeking someone with previous experience within a sales, telesales or a call handling environment. However the right attitude and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
