Job description

Our client are a ground-breaking premium wellness company, launched and located in London and due to their continued growth are seeking a high calibre Sales Representative to join their team. They have revolutionised the industry with breakthrough technology and innovative products that help everyone feel their absolute best. They are straightforward in decision-making and fast-moving, who encourage mistakes, quick wins, quicker losses, and a strong collective desire to succeed, develop and grown.

After setting and surpassing ambitious target to treble turnover in 2021 and 2022, the company are in a defining moment of their journey, as they look to 'explode’ their growth going into 2024. After successfully launching ground-breaking product offerings, across multiple categories, both designed to help the consumer look and feel their absolute best. Both are redefining their respective industries, have incredible PR and public support from A-List celebrities, but also world-renowned Cosmetic Doctors, facialists and medical KOL’s.

You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in your assigned region. You will work closely with the Global Professional Services Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth. The role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned region.
  • Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to introduce products and secure new business.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to address them.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share market insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product/service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance.
  • Stay updated on product features, advantages, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
  • Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend meetings or conferences.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Having a customer and team obsession - taking decisions and actions with a customer first approach
  • Exhibiting high start-up energy-learning at a rapid pace and setting new standards for oneself and others
  • Having the mindset to fail harder-taking accountability of failures and learnings
  • Having a 10X thinking-"Think Big-Talk Big-Act Big"
