SALARY: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum Basic Salary (depending on experience) plus Uncapped Commission (Realistic Earnings of £45,000 OTE) + Career Progression Opportunities + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: This is a field based role covering South and South West England. You will be based onsite at Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Shows and Events and will need to have the flexibility to travel to sites within your designated area.
JOB TYPE: We have Full-Time, Permanent and Part-Time Permanent Positions Available
WORKING HOURS: Flexible Hours, Monday to Friday. Full-Time Hours are from 30 – 37.5 Hours per Week and for Part-Time Hours, you’ll need to be available to work 3 Days per Week as a minimum.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have a Driver’s License and Access to a Vehicle (Travel and Expenses Paid)
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Representative or a Private Site Fundraiser who has great people skills with the ability to build rapport and strike up conversations with members of the public.
The company has over 35 years of combined experience in the sales and marketing industry and know what works and what doesn’t. You will receive full training, mentoring and coaching to ensure you can hit the ground running as quickly as possible.
As the Sales Representative / Private Site Fundraiser you will be based in shopping centres, shows and events across the region representing some of the biggest household named charities in the UK, such as Stroke Association, Barnardo's and Save The Children.
Working as the Sales Representative / Private Site Fundraiser you will engage with members of the public, inspiring them to donate on a regular basis, providing much needed funding for charities and building support with every conversation.
Great communication skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for this role.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Sales Representative / Private Site Fundraiser you will have the following skills and experience:
•Previous sales or fundraising experience
•Great work ethic with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with the public
•Motivated to surpass targets and reach those higher bonus payments
•Flexibility to work in a field based role, visiting sites within your designated area
•Ability to work independently with remote support from the Field Operations Manager
•Must have a Drivers Licence and access to a car
