Skyloh Wellbeing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Freelance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential clients within diverse organizations, actively seeking opportunities to introduce Skyloh's well-being programs.
  • Present and promote: Craft compelling presentations and confidently engage with potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Secure sales agreements through effective negotiation and relationship building, exceeding set targets and contributing to our growth.
  • Maintain communication: Consistently communicate with clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth collaboration and a seamless sales process.
  • Build strong relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with stakeholders, fostering trust and understanding with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Embrace continuous learning: Actively participate in sales training and development opportunities, honing your skills and staying at the forefront of the industry.

Please Note:

  • This is a freelance role with no guaranteed income. Payment is based solely on closed sales, reflecting your performance and results.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and other associated costs.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Commitment to Skyloh's core values and mission.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the UK business landscape and HR trends.
  • Experience with freelance or flexible work arrangements.
  • Experience working within the corporate wellness sector.
  • Strong understanding of employee well-being challenges and solutions.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
