Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential clients within diverse organizations, actively seeking opportunities to introduce Skyloh's well-being programs.
- Present and promote: Craft compelling presentations and confidently engage with potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals: Secure sales agreements through effective negotiation and relationship building, exceeding set targets and contributing to our growth.
- Maintain communication: Consistently communicate with clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth collaboration and a seamless sales process.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with stakeholders, fostering trust and understanding with clients and colleagues alike.

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

- Knowledge of the UK business landscape and HR trends.
- Experience with freelance or flexible work arrangements.
