Restore Harrow Green, the UK's premier commercial relocation company, known for its expertise in relocating businesses, laboratories, and higher education institutions, is thrilled to announce the launch of our new site in Wallingford, Oxford. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist with experience in surveying relocations, providing quotes, and client liaison to join our team.As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our new Oxford operation in achieving its targeted sales revenues. This role involves acquiring new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, preferably with a background in commercial or laboratory relocations, and a talent for identifying growth prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including responding to quote requests from our business development team and marketing initiatives.
• Client Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys for clients, create detailed proposals, and provide cost estimates.
• Account Management: Handle the relocation needs of current accounts, aiming to enhance their engagement and spending with our company.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with higher education and life sciences organizations in the region.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling within the broader Restore Plc group.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally around 5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, ideally within the commercial relocation, life sciences, or higher education sectors

• Experience in surveying technical work, construction, or relocations is advantageous.
• Strong ability to establish new relationships and expand the customer base.
• Energetic and highly motivated with a deep understanding of the sales process.
• Commercial relocation estimating skills would be a valuable asset.
