An exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients Residential Agency team in Burford. Ideally with a minimum of four years' experiJence, the role will involve working closely with clients and buyers and dealing directly with properties across the market.
Job Description:
A dynamic and busy role with a variety of tasks including winning and securing new business with commercially considered fees, working the database and building new relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new opportunities and generating market appraisals, carrying out viewings, cross matching buyers to properties from other offices, generating offers, sales progression, training junior members of the team, and social media. Furthermore, with the opportunity to contribute and mould the longevity and succession plan of the company.
The position offers professional and personal career development in an increasingly successful Cotswold firm.
To be successful you will need to:
- Have minimum four years' experience within the property industry.
- Fee earning ability of £200,000 + per annum.
- Have a good knowledge of the local area.
- Be confident, ambitious, and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work both independently, and as part of a team.
- Be commercially astute and hard working with excellent attention to detail and a hunger to win and secure business. To be proud of the BS name.
- Be bright, energetic, and personable. To offer new perspective and creative ideas.
- To work with integrity and tenacity.
- Be willing to help train and motivate, and to further encourage promotion of junior members of the team.
The salary and rewards package offered would be appropriate to the level of experience and qualification of the successful candidate.
Salary circa £35,000 per annum
