They are seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team. You will play a key role in developing and building market share whilst also maintaining and nurturing relationships with valued clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Branch Manager:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend market appraisals and win new business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and the sales process from start to finish.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Requirements to be a successful Branch Manager:
- Proven track record at management level in an Estate Agency.
- Strong knowledge of Winchester and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
