The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technically minded Sales Support person to join a specialist company in the technology solutions sector. Working to support the sales and account management function of the business the Sales Support person will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with existing customers, managing smaller customer accounts and supporting the overall sales and operations process. This role involves proactive communication, providing quotations, and ensuring seamless order processing.

• Contact customers via phone to address inquiries, provide order and delivery information, ensure data integrity and accuracy, ensuring a positive customer experience. Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, demonstrating a helpful and customer-centric approach.
• Account administration & support: Manage smaller customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• General office administration duties including scanning, filing, answering the telephone.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in timely manner.
• Provide support as agreed with the Line Manager

Requirements

We would expect the successful candidate to demonstrate some experience in a Customer Service or Sales role in ideal world, however it's more important that you have a positive, cheerful can-do attitude with a natural flair for building relationships and a true enjoyment of providing an excellent service. You will be confident and comfortable speaking on the phone - this role will involve a lot of telephone interaction with customers. Due to the location of the position, it is absolutely essential you have your own transport.

Package

Up to £24,000 + team bonus (Up to 15% of annual salary)
