The Role:Sales Support Administrator
The Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm
Location: Storrington
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000
My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join our growing company based in Storrington. They are looking for someone who will help with the Sales team and supporting them with their needs. This will be working from home with the occasional day in the office.
Job role
- Contacting customers regarding delivery dates and checking they have received deliveries.
- Tracking orders
- Confident with talking to customers and suppliers
- Negotiating pricing with suppliers
- Raising special pricing requests with our manufacturer
- Supporting the sales team when needed
- Adding products to our internal system
- Locating stock and feeding this info back to our sales team
- Getting a good understanding for our product line to assist the sales team with quotations.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience working with customers ideally phone based
- A problem solver
- Self-motivated and enjoys working within a team
- Can manage and priorities a wide variety of urgent tasks
- Strong understanding of computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly self motivated but works well in a team
- Enjoys a fast paced work environment
