A position for a Sales Support Administrator for our thriving client based in Putney has arisen. The ideal candidate will be excited at the prospect of working with a first class brand and want to take ownership of the administrative and Sales Support process within the business.
The Sales Support Administrator will:
Provide exceptional administrative assistance to the team
Support with diary management, organising travel and accommodation for meetings
Schedule team meetings ensuring a smooth running of the department
Complete administrative duties which include actioning meeting notes, updating holiday schedules and spreadsheet
Processing all sales orders
Be responsible for raising and maintaining purchase orders
Assist with the organisation of events
Liaise with customers and work to budgets
To be considered you will:
Have previous experience within administration
Work well towards tight deadlines and under pressure
Be flexible, adaptable and willing to get involved
Be confident on all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
Have a positive team player attitude
Communication efficiently, both verbal and written
