As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of all sales processes. Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales documentation
Up-sell related products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Monitor and track sales activities, including pipeline management and order fulfillment
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals by providing necessary administrative and Sales Support
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
