An opportunity to join a professional company as a Sales Support Administrator based at Whiteley, with a hybrid work pattern.
As the Sales Support Administrator you will get involved with the following:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, as well as meeting and greeting any visitors
- Assist with the preparation of sales materials including presentations and proposals, ensuring they are accurate, up to date and in the company style.
- Be a point of contact for any customer enquiries
- Ensure accurate and up to date customer records are kept, including sales reports, client databases/CRM and contract documentation
- Manage the sales teams calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Research potential sales opportunities
- Assist with organising staff and client events
To be successful, you will have great knowledge of Office 365- so Word, Excel and Teams, and have excellent communication skills.
