Sales Support Administrator, Mayfair (London), £30,000
Rubicon’s client are a world leading distributer of high end, luxury yachts. They have a number of offices based across the world, with their HQ based in Mayfair, London.
They are looking for a pro-activeSales Support Administrator to support their busy sales department with a variety of administrative duties. You’ll have the opportunity to improve and develop internal processes, take on projects and progress your career within this family run business.
As Sales Support Administratoryou’ll enjoy a salary of £30,000 per annum, 28 days holiday (plus BH’s), Employee Assistance Programme andAdditional Sick Pay.
As Sales Support Administratoryou will:
- Provide key support to multiple departments with administrative duties and due diligence procedures
- Maintain organisational efficiency through excellent filing, database and information management
- Arrange transportation for Yachts at various stages of the selling process
- Understand and adhere to Health and Safety systems, company values and industry regulations
- Take ownership of the administrative processes for Yacht registration, tonnage surveys, notarisation, order placing and stock levels.
As Sales Support Administratoryou will have:
- A passion for contributing to organisational excellence
- An understanding of the sales process and consumer identification
- Previous experience in a similar role, conducting administrative duties
- A demonstrated proficiency in administrative tools, specifically Microsoft OneDrive, Excel and Word
- An innovative and creative mindset.
