Sales Administrator
Based in Oldbury
8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
12.00ph - 12.50ph
Temporary to Permanent
My client based in Oldbury and with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced & proactive Sales Administrator to join their lively and friendly team!
The Role
· Reviewing and checking prices on customer orders
· Supporting a sales team with various administration duties
· Dealing with customer queries and questions
· Liaising with the warehouse department regarding stock
· Taking first line customer service incoming calls
The ideal Sales Administrator will have:
· Experience in a similar role
· Strong administration experience
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
· Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
· Excellent team working skills
