Hours of Work: 08.30am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.
Salary; 24K to 25K dependent on experience.

We are looking to recruit a person who has excellent customer service skills, who has a particularly good telephone manner and also has good face to face customer service etiquette.
You will also need to be exceptionally good with Excel at least intermediate level, advanced would be advantageous.
We are working in partnership with a busy manufacturing company who are based in Oldbury, they are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to support one of the Directors with reporting, Sales Support, producing PowerPoint presentations, chasing, and creating quotations.
Duties
- Creating and accurately producing sales reports for the Director.
- Create PowerPoint presentations.
- Producing Quotes to send to clients.
- Chasing quotes sent to clients.
- Administration support for the Director.
- Producing call reports
- Working on launching new products.
- Face to face customer meetings.
- Sales administration duties.
- Answering customer calls in a professional manner.
- Outbound calls to clients to follow up on quotations sent to them.
- All other duties required in regard to the position.
The Ideal Candidate
- Will have excellent customer service skills, face to face and on the telephone.
- Be PC Literate with Microsoft Office, intermediate level with Excel and PowerPoint, advanced level would be advantageous.
- Be confident and professional telephone manner.
- Be organised and be able to work to deadlines.
- Create and produce accurate reports on Excel.
- Create PowerPoint presentations.
- Diarise and follow up quotations sent.
- Be able to work on own initiative and support the Director when needed.
