Main Purpose
- To provide Sales Support
- To manage leads and distribute within agreed SLA’s
- Set up appointments with Key Clients at quote stage
- Follow up submitted Quotations
- Support Quote generation and Client correspondence at all stages of the sales cycle
- Update all data management systems
- Organise and collate Job Packs for engineering
Person Spec:
- General sales administration
- Inbound / outbound communication with clients and customers, verbal and written
- Internal communication with sales
- Following up quotes/sales leads
- Lead generation
- Organising client appointments
- Accurate updates of our CRM systems
This can be an Immediate start for the right person so if you come from a Sales Admin/Customer Service based background then I need to hear from you ASAP!!
