We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Administrator within our Land & New Homes team to support our fantastic team in Billericay. As our Sales Support Administrator you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer facing environment.

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Support Administrator:
- To create new site set-up and listings
- Add and maintain text for events, updates and photos
- Task sales, exchanges, completion and withdrawals through MI and CRM systems
- Coordinate reservation paperwork
- Produce Rightmove price guide reports, update and distribute price lists
- Create brochures, window cards, prepare adverts and HTML mailers
- Be the central point of contact for the New Homes Managers
- General administrative duties to include form filling and stationery requests
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Support Administrator:
- Positive, organised, numerate and detail orientated
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
