I'm currently looking for an experienced sales administrator to join a well-established company in BS32, on a temp-to-perm basis to start in June.
This role is full-time and hybrid, with 3 days in the office.
The hours are:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tracking and processing of sales order in SAP and SalesPlus
- Attending internal and customer/supplier meetings
- Managing freight bookings and arranging deliveries/collections
- Dealing with problems/delays presented in getting goods to customers
- Developing relationships with intercompany and third party suppliers to ensure they operate in line with our business requirements
- Generating monthly order, warranty and stock reports from SAP to measure business performance
- Assisting in gathering data for monthly sales reports
Key attributes:
• A minimum of 1 year’s Administration experience, ideally within aSales Support environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate information and ideas articulately
• A team player who is able to work and build relationships across other teams and functions
• Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure
