Permanent role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

My client, a global manufacturing business, is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their ever-growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a rolethat has been created due to continuous growth and the successful candidate will be joining a fantastic workforce!

This role would best suit somebody who is currently in a Sales role and looking to take a sidestep, or somebody who is currently in a Sales Support role looking for a new challenge!

Duties include:

• Providing pivotal administrative support to the Sales team to include;
• Diary management and booking meetings.
• Updating the CRM system (HubSpot) ensuring that up to date information is logged and recorded.
• Ensuring the website is updating with correct imagery and pricing.
• Logging tickets to update pricing and request samples.
• Working closely with the marketing team and assisting with marketing and sales material.
• Maintaining a strong product knowledge and advising customers on products.
• Managing customer complaints from start to resolution.
• Attending events, tradeshows and going to visiting clients on site when required.

To be considered for this role, you must have / be:

• Previous experience in a Sales/Sales Administration role would be a significant advantage.

• Proactive with a can-do attitude!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills and proficient using Microsoft (Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Previous experience using HubSpot would be a strong advantage but is not essential.
