Job Title: Sales Administration Specialist (Telecoms)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks efficiently while also demonstrating the ability to identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, contract management, and customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.

  1. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers during sales interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.

Keep abreast of new product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate upselling opportunities to customers.

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for upselling.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including upselling metrics, to track progress and inform decision-making.

Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to optimize upselling strategies.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Anticipate customer requirements and proactively suggest upselling solutions that add value and address their pain points.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional upselling opportunities.
