Sitting within a busy Retail Sales department, as part of a wider team of circa 45, the Sales Support team is responsible for assisting the Regional Sales teams, Senior Managers and Strategic Partnership teams with the following responsibilities and duties.
- Delivery of objectives agreed with manager.
- Manage stock of marketing literature and process postal requests.
- Organise/Manage webinars when required.
- Manage creation and distribution of industry certificates on behalf of the regional teams.
- Assist the regional teams with DocuSign applications
- Assist with any ad hoc requests for periods of absence.
- Manage main sales inbox and distribute emails accordingly.
- Capture and process sales team data.
- Monitor inflows and provide periodic reports to Executive Committee and sales management
- Liaise with client onboarding and investor relations concerning outstanding information for applications.
- Work in collaboration with management/Strategic Partnership on admin tasks to assist wherever necessary.
- Data entry to CRM systems ad hoc.
Ideally you will have:
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar admin role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce is preferable.
- Highly organised and able to work unsupervised effectively.
