The role:

We are on the lookout for a Sales Support Executive to join our vibrant team, acting as support to our Customer Care, Order Processing, and Artwork Studio departments. This role demands adaptability, a hunger for knowledge, and a passion for driving success.

Responsibilities:

• Same Day Van Management
• Courier Network Liaison
• Identify product issues & complaints and ensure they are referred to the correct team
• Ensure the smooth admin and processing of orders from the sales team
• Deal with issues and queries that arise during the processing of orders to ensure they are swiftly and positively resolved
• Handle complaints and issues reported by our customers in line with company policy
• Produce artwork visual proofs to be approved by our customers
• Have a positive can-do attitude upholding the customers best intentions at all times
• be completely flexible to working across all Sales Support Departments as instructed by the Head of Sales based on demand faced by each team.

Skills:

• Previous experience in complaint handling/customer service is desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 9am - 5pm. Weekdays. Overtime available during busy periods.

Salary: £22,000
