Customer Support Consultant required for this Glasgow based specialist Tour Operator - hybrid working after training. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communicate with customers via phone calls, live chats and emails.
- Support customers with general pre, during and post trip questions
- Answer customer questions on a broad range of trips and destinations
- Engage with customers and communicate the brand
- Utilise company resources to answer customer questions and problem solve.
- Process customer payments and collect overdue payments.
- Collect and updates contact, travel details, interests and pre-trip information including risk release forms from customers if necessary.
- Engage with suppliers to finalise arrangements for bookings.
- Process and check confirmations from suppliers and send documentation to the customer.
- Complete general administrative tasks across our booking platform and communication systems.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
If you have good experience in customer service and admin, consider yourself a friendly communicator with a real zest for Travel & Adventure this could be just what you're looking for! You will have a good computer skills and be confident to learn new systems. THE PACKAGE:
Starting salary of £23400 pa and we are open to part and full-time applicants. Primarily Mon-Fri office hours, but with one late shift per week 12.30-21.00, and flexibility to cover some weekends on a rota. Plenty of additional benefits: annual leave allowance of 33 days (including 8 public holidays), which increases to 35 days after 5 years' service, plus an extra day off on your birthday!
