We have a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to kick-start their career with a leading creative company. They need an organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join their sales team! Offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH and a great company culture, you will be joining a wonderful group of people with a friendly and supportive approach to all they do.

This is a varied role perfect for someone with a background in customer service, a positive outlook, and an aptitude for multi-tasking! Working in a close-knit team of 4 in their wholesale department, you will support the sales team with processing orders, assisting with marketing and website duties, and supporting the retailers with nay queries, giving great customer service al at times.

You don’t need any previous admin experience to thrive in this role, just a positive attitude, great communication and organisation skills, a basic knowledge of Excel, and the drive to get stuck in, learn, and develop with an amazing creative brand!

Key duties for this Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Answering the phone and general admin requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering general queries
  • Order processing, liaising with the warehouse where necessary
  • Providing support to the wholesale sales team
  • Supporting with marketing activities and sending out mailers
  • Keeping the website up to date
  • Working with a variety of customers / retailers from independent stores, sales agents, UK  accounts, and international accounts
  • Supporting at Trade shows as required
