SalaryWe are delighted to be working with our client in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The Sales Support Executive role attracts a salary of £28k per annum plus commission with OTE being at least £40k. The successful candidate must hold a UK Driving Licence.
The Sales Support Executive role duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining successful client relationships
- Supporting the Managing Director with enquiries received via telephone and email.
- Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations
- Process orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch.
- Compose tenders for new works
- Identifying and generating leads through data and trend analysis
- Networking and marketing, converting them into key accounts
- Account management
- Occasional site visits
- Coordinate and lead service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
The successful Sales Support Executive is likely to have the following skills:
- Customer service and telesales
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Work well in a team and as an individual
- Good IT skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload
- Able to develop client relationships and increase sales
The successful candidate is likely to be able to carry out various other tasks including despatching goods and assisting with in-coming deliveries when required. There is room for progression in this role for the right candidate.
