For the successful Sales Support Executive our client is offering:
- up to £24,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Permanent position
- Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, free parking, subsidised food
The role - Sales Support Executive :
- Answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- Manage email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Completing and processing orders
- Make travel arrangements for the sales team and the senior support staff when needed
What our client is looking for in a Sales Support Executive :
- Previous experience in a Sales Support/sales administration role - ESSENTIAL
- Good Customer Service Experience from an office environment - ESSENTIAL
- Attention to Detail
- Able to coordinate and convert enquiries to new sales
