£27K - £32k plus commission and benefits

Monday to Friday 9-5

Our client based in Wakefield is actively recruiting for a Sales Support Manager to join a growing team. The companies focus is to deliver an excellent customer service to all customers.  Supporting the Head of Sales your duties will include:

Providing support to the sales team, assisting with Preparing quotations, samples and Marketing materials

Lead and motivate the sales team - to achieve any targets

Propose any potential improvements or new ideas to the head of sales, from any feedback etc

Work closely with Sales Admin team to ensure effective lead distribution

Daily reporting on leads and sales - working on the CRM

Listen to customers requirements and needs to ensure a successful sale

Prepare monthly reporting and data

Dealing with orders that are outside of the normal ranges liaising with designers etc to manage a timely process

Check and ensure customer orders are correct

Prepare commission statements

Keeping yourself up to date with new products/offers etc

Support any post sales enquiries

The ideal candidate will have previous experience motivating a team and previous proven sales experience

You will need to be a highly driven, proactive individual, who has the ability to ensure goals are achieved

Strong IT skills
