Sales Support Representative (Fixed-term contract)Job Description
Your role:
Supporting our sales and customer in the day-to-day operation, performing wide-range of sales activities and tasks with various degree of complexity:
Timely creation and execution of sales orders up to delivery;
First-time right and on time release of customer billing and creation of customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements;
Following up on complaints and operational related requests;
Acting as a first point of contact for business and/or market escalations;
Using the corresponding IT-tools to do so (SAP/SFDC/APPTUS/…);
Responding to external/internal requests for information.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of experience within Sales Support or Back Office environment.
Dedicated personality who loves to work within a hectic & dynamical environment.
Ability to deal and engage with demanding stakeholders.
Advanced English language skills.
Knowledge and understanding of working in a Medical Device industry is preferred.
Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, salesforce, APPTUS).
Culturally sensitive.
