Sales Support Specialist

Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with our established client to recruit an experienced Sales Support Specialistin the Belfast area. Founded in 1988 and specialising in Digital Printing Excellence, our client are recognised as the oldest and largest Digital Printing company in Northern Ireland. They have won multiple awards and hold a 5-Star Rating on Google Reviews, demonstrating their world-class level of customer service and product quality.
The successful candidate will be responsible will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by preparing quotes and orders, responding to customer enquiries and ensuring a great level of customer satisfaction.
Job Purpose: Sales Support Specialist
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Location: Belfast
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes for customers based on their specifications and requirements.
• Processing and following up customer orders
• Ensure that all customer enquiries are followed up and dealt with promptly and effectively
• Update computer system with amendments to enquiry/order/job specifications and maintain and update customer records
• Support external Sales Reps as required
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers (not cold calling)
  

Essential

• Previous Administration/Sales/Customer Service experience - 1 Year
• Previous experience using MS Office Suite including Outlook
