Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and operational support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in preparing and organising sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Assist in managing the CRM system, ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the team on progress and potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide post-Sales Support, including assisting with onboarding and ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
