Working from lovely, friendly and corporate offices Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week.
THE JOB
This is such a great role as it will provide lots of variety and scope for development.
You would provide IT Helpdesk and technical IT admin support.
Overall it is a Team IT Admin/Assistant type role that will involve lots of documenting and updating info, organising, coordinating and dealing with general admin tasks and responsibilities as well as troubleshooting technical issues.
Your role would be extremely busy and varied and will include interacting with various people in the organisation. You would help senior execs to organise videolink type meetings, update various company docs, reports and trackers, as well as being responsible for setting up new employees with log in codes as well as IT equipment and keeping logs up to date on this. You would also provide updates on the intranet and generally help the IT Manager and the Office Manager on various sporadic tasks and projects as and when required.
Interested candidate MUST be a confident user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with proven technical support experience as well as general office admin experience.
