Reports to: Head of Sales/TPI Team Managers
Location: Leicester
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Team Leader to join our rapidly growing business. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Sales Support administrators, providing support to the Indirect Sales Channel and Yu Energy Brokers in acquiring and retaining Business Customers and TPI relationships.

What We Need from Yü
We are looking for a Sales Support Team Leader:
- Directly manage the current the Sales Support team face to face in the office, for all aspects of day-to-day performance
- Motivate, coach, train and develop staff in accordance with company values and procedure
- Proactively develop and improve processes within the Sales Support Team.
- Managing three main areas of supportive sales; processing of sales, pricing tenders & broker support.
- Allocating tasks & schedules to the team
- To process sales from a number of different channels ensuring all sales go through a quality assurance process
- Working through the tenders inbox and allocating tenders to Account Managers/Sales Support.
- Provide excellent Customer Service by screening enquiries out of the tender’s inbox and resolving queries including, copy bills, Statement of Accounts, HH/Account Data requests
- Responsible for the Sales Support inbox and ensuring queries are sent to the relevant teams and TPI’s kept updated
- Responsible for all key broker queries.
- Responsible for Portal Credit Authorisations, reporting sales figures and responding to TPI enquiries
- Validation of Broker Portal Sales credit authorisations, TPI onboarding and User set up.
- Registration & Transfers queries including Erroneous Transfers (ET’s), Live Dates and Agreed Read Disputes (ARD’s)
- TPI Onboarding, including system setup, salesforce setup and due diligence
- Providing portal access to brokers & Internal staff & noting up the log accordingly
- Responsible for sending relevant price books to all Yu Energy partners
- Ensure adherence to the Sales Policy
