As a Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for the delivery of sales results and management of task lists for your team. Your objective will be to work with the Sales Team to evolve and develop the department to ensure maximum conversion and results.

Duties

• Supporting, developing and motivating a team to ensure maximised results
• Evaluating the performance of your team, looking at things such as productivity, task management and conversion
• Detailing sales results daily
• Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes
• Individual coaching and leadership for members of your team
• Providing detailed feedback to higher management on the progress made by individuals within the team
• Reviewing team incentives
• Communicating department and business objectives clearly
• Implementing sales strategies

• Experience within sales and management is essential
• Confident, pro-active and a natural leader
• Effective decision maker with the ability to lead and motivate others
• Strong ability to form professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills

• Annual salary up to £27,000 basic
• Realistic OTE £45,000
• Office-based working in an office with fantastic facilities
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
