We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering core KPIs and driving growth through enhanced skills and achievements within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute success plans for both the team and individuals.
- Assess performance to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to achieve all objectives and KPIs.
- Evaluate the team's skill levels and implement corrective measures to foster success, while providing support for personal development plans.
- Inspire teams through effective engagement techniques and the proficient use of leadership tools to boost performance and cultivate a highly motivated work environment.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions to promote excellence.
- Contribute to operational action plans and initiatives, which may include process and system enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully leading a Sales Team.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales metrics.
- Proficiency in influencing growth and improvement within individuals.
- Familiarity with various sales and coaching methodologies.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package (average monthly commission of £1,400 PCM + £30,000 - £33,000 basic salary
