Our client is looking to recruit a Team Leader who will play a crucial role in leading and guiding ateam of inbound sales representatives focused on handling customer enquiries relating to all products and services.

The key responsibilities of the role.
- Provide robust leadership by coaching, mentoring, and supervising the inbound Sales Team. Set and communicate clear goals, motivate team members, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment cantered on continuous improvement and success.
- Actively monitor team performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive and regular training sessions to elevate product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and enhance customer interaction skills among team members. Encourage continuous learning and skill development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with management to develop and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and optimize sales performance.
- Compile and analyse data related to team performance, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and enhance overall team effectiveness.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets while consistently delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and cultivating the professional growth of team members to optimize performance and skill sets within a telesales environment.
- Strong analytical acumen to interpret data effectively, enabling informed decision-making aimed at driving continuous improvements in team performance.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and adept problem-solving abilities to address team challenges, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
