Skilled Careers are currently working on behalf of a global, marketing leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of circa £2bn who are looking to engage with a Customer Service Manager to come and manage a multi-disciplined team on behalf of a notable housing association.
The project is based in Finsbury Park, value in excess of £12m, with work expected for the next 5 years.
In terms of responsibilities, you will ensure effective planning of resources which will include direct labour and supply chain, responding to client complaints and meeting contractual KPIs.
You would report to the Divisional Scheduling Manager with a dotted line into the Contracts Operations Manager, overseeing 2 Team Leaders and 8-10 Administrators.
