Our client, who is based in Leeds is an award-winning financial services provider. The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum with on-target earnings of £75,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Team Manager:
- Being the lead contact for your direct reports, managing all enquiries and ensuring all requests and actions are resolved
- Working with lead providers to ensure all activities are maximised and within agreed budgets and timelines
- Achieving the sales and income goals through the coaching and development of your team leaders
- Developing, implementing and refining a program of effective management information
- Monitoring all risk metrics to ensure they remain within risk appetite for the team
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Team Manager:
- A track record in sales strategy is essential
- The ability to demonstrate sufficient awareness and understanding of industry trends and developments is required
- You must be results-focused with the mindset of actions taken and the implication effects of these
- You must be able to provide support and leadership where appropriate to others
- Excellent communication skills, reliability and the ability to multi-task are key skills for this role
