Our client is a leader in their field and they are looking for a Team Manager to lead and motivate a team of 5 Telesales Agents.
In this role you will be –
- Managing the day-to-day needs of the team, setting expectations, supporting them through training, coaching and personal development
- Delivering consistent achievement and surpassing renewal and KPI targets set by the business.
- Ensuring yourself and your team is performing and running to the highest possible standard, whilst delivering excellent client experience
You will need the following experience/skill sets
- Previous experience of running a Sales Team would be desirable
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in telesales/lead generation or business development is essential
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels in order to secure and retain business and motivate/ incentivise your team.
