Sales Team Manager for rapidly scaling global SaaS business

The role:
As a Team Manager you will:
- Manage, motivate and lead your high performing team of Account Managers
- Deliver account success to a book of £2.5 - £5mil worth of annual revenue. Drive satisfaction, retention and account growth.
- Work with your team to identify areas of penetration, upsell and cross sell.
- Motivate your team daily however you feel suits yours and their style.
- Be an escalation point for client contact.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business, working with your peers to deliver service excellence.
You:
- Previous experience in a team leader role, whether CS, Sales or Account Management.
- Experience of working towards commercial targets whether new sales or existing accounts.
- Experience of working with large/enterprise level accounts and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a B2B environment with software (SaaS) experience being beneficial.
- A true leader, that will motivate and get the best from you team.
- Are a proactive problem-solver with a high-level of emotional intelligence.
- Driven and keen to pursue a career in the SaaS space.
