The role:

As a Team Manager you will:

• Manage, motivate and lead your high performing team of Account Managers
• Deliver account success to a book of £2.5 - £5mil worth of annual revenue. Drive satisfaction, retention and account growth.
• Work with your team to identify areas of penetration, upsell and cross sell.
• Motivate your team daily however you feel suits yours and their style.
• Be an escalation point for client contact.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the business, working with your peers to deliver service excellence.

You:

• Previous experience in a team leader role, whether CS, Sales or Account Management.
• Experience of working towards commercial targets whether new sales or existing accounts.
• Experience of working with large/enterprise level accounts and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B environment with software (SaaS) experience being beneficial.
• A true leader, that will motivate and get the best from you team.
• Are a proactive problem-solver with a high-level of emotional intelligence.
• Driven and keen to pursue a career in the SaaS space.
