Sales Team Manager

Our client is a leader in their field and they are looking for a Team Manager to lead and motivate a team of 5 Telesales Agents.

In this role you will be –

• Managing the day-to-day needs of the team, setting expectations, supporting them through training, coaching and personal development
• Delivering consistent achievement and surpassing renewal and KPI targets set by the business.
• Ensuring yourself and your team is performing and running to the highest possible standard, whilst delivering excellent client experience

You will need the following experience/skill sets

• Previous experience of running a Sales Team would be desirable
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in telesales/lead generation or business development is essential
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels in order to secure and retain business and motivate/ incentivise your team.
