Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Engineer - Sales Technician to join a rapidly expanding company to be responsible for growing revenue year on year, by identifying, securing and closing business opportunities. The role will convert leads and opportunities into profitable revenue and support and implement company strategy and solutions to meet these opportunities. The role will be a key point of contact for existing customers and prospects, responding to enquiries and carrying out demonstrations and pre-sales qualification as may be required. The role will liaise regularly with other members of the commercial team, and colleagues from all relevant departments.
Responsibilities
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
 •New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
• Qualifying and quoting to meet client`s needs.
• Supporting distribution and channel sale
• Work to achieve sales targets.
• Developing sales to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships.
• Providing excellent pre and post-sales support.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both, client and company needs.
• Management of client quotations and accounts as assigned.
• Delivery of pre-sales technical assistance and product awareness to clients.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the competition and our position in the market space.
