What you'll do:
As a Sales and Trading Desk Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global team based in the London office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for teams, managing complex travel itineraries, arranging meetings, handling room bookings, providing extensive phone coverage, preparing expense reports, and maintaining client information. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, outstanding work ethic, flexibility on working hours and understanding of business demands.
- Act as the first point of contact for teams, dealing efficiently and politely with requests from clients and other departments.
- Manage complex travel itineraries, including knowledge of travel networks, airlines, hotels, train systems, cars etc.
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, interview schedules and manage calendar & client meetings.
- Handle room bookings and catering for both internal and external events.
- Provide extensive phone coverage using the Dealerboard & Cisco phone.
- Prepare and process complicated expense reports in a timely fashion ensuring adherence to Firm and Sales & Trading policy.
- Maintain accurate client information and update Firm client information.
