Form of workAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join the Busseys Group to head up our Whiffler Road Sales team.
This position offers the opportunity for an exciting career working alongside a motivated and expanded sales team which is focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.
You will be a key member of the group's sales management team and will report into the Senior Sales Manager. Full support and training will be provided ensuring the successful applicant achieves all Company objectives.
The main responsibilities include:
Delivering and driving exceptional customer service – we are all about the customer at Busseys
- Developing and motivating the existing sales team to ensure targets are met
- Driving vehicle volumes, profitability, F&I sales and accessories
- Managing budgets and maintaining rigorous control of costs
- Managing the sales process & maximizing opportunities
- Responsibility for the display and site appearance
You will ideally have previous management experience in a vehicle sales environment and be able to demonstrate an organised, strategic and motivational approach.
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package commensurate with this important position. It will include an excellent basic salary and bonus scheme with OTE of £55k pa and with your ability to produce a budget busting performance earnings can easily be in excess of £55k plus of course company car, fuel and pension.
