Form of workAre you an experienced Sales Valuer looking to join a well-established Estate Agency whose diaries are constantly full of hot leads? If so, we are currently looking for a Sales Valuer to join our clients in Liverpool, Merseyside!
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Alternative Saturdays with a day in lieu
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Upto £27,000 Basic - depending on experience
- £45,000 OTE
- Car allowance
- Diary full of hot leads
- Brilliant and generous commission structure

- Training and support
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:
- Proven experience as a Sales Valuer - ideally 2 years
- Basic IT skills
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence for a vehicle
- Ability to close business
- Personable
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Generating new business and repeat business
- Marketing properties to buyers using IT skills
- Closing business whilst on the valuation and over the phone
- Negotiation on fee’s
- Canvassing
