Form of workOur client, a market-leading independent Agent is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer/ Manager to join their growing close-knit team in Birmingham.

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 3 pm (Half day off in lieu)
Our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer/ Manager:
- £30,000 basic
- £45,000 OTE
- Career progression

- 30 days holiday per year
Sales Valuer/ Manager requirements:
- Previous Valuing experience
- Highly organised and time efficient
- Full UK driver’s license
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Able to well independently as well as in a team
Key tasks of a Sales Valuer/ Manager will include but will not be limited to:
- Booking and conducting valuations
- Booking and conducting Viewings
- Managing the Sales team
- Negotiating offers
- Going out and winning new business
- Liaising with third parties such as solicitors and mortgage advisors
